On Friday the 22nd of September I attended the Eagles flight workshop in the pavilion. The aim of the workshop was to highlight and improve teamwork skills. They separated us into teams to play a strategic board game. We had to use teamwork and strategy to earn the most gold as possible in the time given. We could work together to trade information and supplies if needed. My team and I worked together to achieve as many pieces of gold as possible. It made us use our brains to plan out how we were going to play to maximise the amount of gold we could've gotten. It taught us that a plan better prepared and a plan that allowed for disasters made us achieve a better end result. Instead my team did not plan well and we had to trade valuable gold for supplies. This made my team suffer heavily and we finished in last place. This was a good learning experience and taught us many good lessons for life.
